Bectazyme is a low temperature bacterial Alpha-amylase enzyme formulation for desizing of cotton fabrics sized with starch derivatives and blends of starch. The strong amylolytic power of the enzyme allows rapid conversion of the starch size into dextrzins which are easily removed by rinsing.
