BECTAZYME is an enzyme in BACTERIAL BASE. This enzyme is found having a linkage of 1.4 D-Glucosidic in a starch known as gelatinized into soluble dextrin and oligosaccharides. The side enzyme conducts the following activities.
- Hydrolyse water-soluble cellulose derivatives like methyl and carboxymethyl cellulose.
- Hydrolyse Poly Vinyl Alcohol (PVA)
- Hydrolyse the natural gums.
There is no direct or indirect relation with the colour of the enzyme and it’s strength. A colour variation can be found in separate batches. The enzyme is highly activated under the temperature between 35°C
